A whole mess of wings.

These may be some of the best wings I have ever had. Parted out the chicken pieces, applied some homemade chicken rub, sprinkled a little corn starch on top while the EGG was heating up. Raised direct at 325. Smoked about an hour then flipped and turned for another 15 minutes. Sauced with Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo sauce mixed with butter and garlic.

Looks solid. Wings take practice. Took me awhile to get them crisp.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Looks good. I enjoy me some wings. I actually don't even think I have tried to make them in my egg.

@bhedges1987 if I didn't cook them myself, I wouldn't have believed that they were grilled and not fried. That corn starch makes a ton of difference with crispy skin.Las Vegas, NV

Did you sauce them while cooking or wait until you served them?Narcoossee, FL

Great looking wings. One thing I like about raised direct is you get to use all the real estate on the grid without worrying about what is hanging over the plate setter.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
