Beef Chuckies

Hey all, I'm planning to make some pulled beef and I have read on here that smaller chuckies are better for pulled beef? Is this true? I have found that pork shoulders under 5 lbs tend to take MUCH longer to cook. Is this true of chuckies as well? cooking 2 3lb pieces would be a lot easier that 1 6lber.

Some high end restaurants serve it and call it a "Denver Steak" -
I usually do 2 at a time 5#-8# & depending on what we want I'll go for sliced or pulled. Both are excellent.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
