Flame Boss 200 Help

I am in the process of setting up my Flame Boss 200 and I am having problems viewing a cook from my phone.  Everything works well going through my lap top via the myflameboss website, but when I try to view a cook through my phone I get a 'Websocket communication delay detected' error.  I am hoping it has to do with my settings and hoping someone more technical than me can assist.

    If you can connect from your laptop then their server is probably running as it should ( I think). Have you tried the obvious things, like restarting your phone? My Samsung S4 is very temperamental sometimes. 

    Call them and see what they say. Their CS is top notch.

    I had that problem when using dolphin as the browser. Couldn't figure it out. Switched to firefox - problem solved.
