Some chicken quarters...and cedar planked pears

smoked some chicken quarters with Lane's Sweet Heat and Pork U's garlic 101... Smoked with cherry wood at 250 until internal temp of 165.  Later for dessert i tried my hand at the cedar planked pears i saw on the BGE website.  Bartlett pears brushed with melted butter/honey and topped with crumbled blue cheese.
