First attempt at deep dish pizza

Options
Sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushroom.  I had to do a quick rise recipe on the dough, so it expanded pretty quickly without the flavor/texture development I prefer from a cold ferment.  Could probably have used a little more time in the egg to crisp up the center crust, but SWMBO really liked it.  We will be doing this again soon.
