Flame Boss - Good or Bad?

I'm thinking about purchasing the Flame Boss and would welcome the opinions of my fellow BGEggers.

    Neither good nor bad ... simply excellent! 

    The service support is fantastic.  Have never had an e-mail go unanswered.  Most phone calls are picked up directly.  If you have a problem, you'll get taken care of quickly and correctly.

    The FB100 is functionally the equivalent of a BBQ Guru DX2.  And, for IT idiots, like me, the FB200 connects to wifi as easily as my iPad hooks up.

    If you're going to mail order, hook up with @stlcharcoal for a good price on the FlameBoss units.

    I got one a while back, so far so good. Had an issue with temp probe being off, customer service sent me instructions on how to calibrate it. All is good now !

    love mine.  it holds the temp within a few degrees, and monitors the pit temp, and monitors the meat temp, and you can control it from any smartphone or computer, and get alerts.... and it's easy to use... just make sure you get a wifi signal near your egg.

    The Flame Boss was the single best purchase I've ever made for my Egg. I have the FB 200, and it's sweet to start the cook and just monitor it on my phone. 

    It holds temps very accurately and it has never let me down.

    What everyone else said. It's great. Holds temps right on the money. I even had a probe go bad, explained the situation on how I checked it and they sent me a new one right away.
