Mussels 3rd attempt - finally worked

Finally! I didn't screw these up. Roasted some shallots, garlic, tomato with the mussels on the MM. Added some white wine and reduced. Pulled mussels and added some butter, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mixed it all together when finished.

I am a huge fan of mussels. Never done them on the egg.....gonna have to as my local go to reasturant (where I normally chowed on them) recently closed down.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

Nice looking meal. Sometimes I cook them your way and after the mussels are done, will add some coconut milk and Thai red curry paste and place on angel hair pasta with garlic toast.
