Smoking Fish???

I'm going to smoke some trout fillets for fish spread today.

I'm assuming indirect, 190 - 200*.

What should the set-up be?

Lay on grate over a drip pan?

Lay in drip pan?

Using Alder chips for smoke.

    Bit too late. But smoking is indirect right, otherwise you'd be grilling. 

    On on a rack over a pan is fine. Pan for drippings.
