If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
I just pulled the pork and hit it with a little bit of vinegar sauce then some honey hog rub. Then just a little bit of joe's KC bbq sauce. Then cheddar/jack shreds and some white queso. Then little taco sauce and chopped green onion.

Our local store had butts for 1.00 lb. But only in a two pack. I spent the day cooking 21lbs of pork and then made nachos. Ha!

I did broil them for a few minutes after putting cheese on and before taco sauce and onions. Just to melt the shredded cheese.XC242 said:
