smoked a couple butts today. We really weren't in the mood for sandwiches and not starving so we just decided on nachos. First time I've ever pulled a butt of the egg and pulled it then went directly with nachos. Usually thats one of our leftover options. Not this time.....

Those look incredible. What's all on them?LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.

I just pulled the pork and hit it with a little bit of vinegar sauce then some honey hog rub. Then just a little bit of joe's KC bbq sauce. Then cheddar/jack shreds and some white queso. Then little taco sauce and chopped green onion.

Our local store had butts for 1.00 lb. But only in a two pack. I spent the day cooking 21lbs of pork and then made nachos. Ha!
