just a spatch chicken for lunch. Raised direct at 400 dome. Half honey hog half down and dizzy. Using some cheese dip as a side to dip it in.

I have had that before. I think when researching it back then it seemed that it was attributed to the fast growth of the bird. Nothing you can do about it if you get one. I couldn't find it with a quick search just now though.
