    It's not covered by BGE, ever!
     Sam's will just give your money back, in most cases. They are not a dealer. They try to buy in small to medium quantities from retailers from all over the US and other countries stating they are someone else. It happens with other products also. This is more to get you to the store. And buy the membership if your not already a member. Kind of like a "Loss Leader"
