I think it's usually pretty close. Not sure if Prime is always that price but I was there this weekend.

Interesting, I was in Seattle/Leavenworth a few weeks back and had great success finding boneless ribeyes for $8 a pound and prime rib for about the same at a Safeway. I thought it was great.
