Sunday pork butt

this was planned to go on overnight for lunch. Instead it went on at 11 am for dinner. Went on with pecan and cherry with the guru at 275 dome. 

Rubbed with half mustard half pickle juice. Then a good coating of @MeatChurch honey hog. 

Just wrapped at 170 and bumped the temp to 300 dome so hopefully can eat by 8. Will update when it's ready.
