I set out to do a tri tip yesterday.  The only piece the store had looked tired and gray.  But the tomahawk ribeyes looked great!  It got vac packed with garlic, salt, pepper and parsley, and redneck hottubbed while other stuff was cooking.

Earlier I threw together some dough. Some got into the CI pan and baked in the large egg, brushed with butter, and a sprinkle of salt and garlic powder.  These were delicious.

I found some ramps, which are my favorite spring vegetable.  Also had some radishes and asparagus.  The small egg was put to use as the sear station.  Once it was in full inferno mode, the ribeye went on.  I haven't had steak in awhile and this hit the spot!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
