I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

The point was heaven on earth. Initially I thought I over cooked the flat as it seemed a little dry. However after letting it rest it's pretty damn good as well. I pulled it with the flat barely touching 190.I raise my kids, cook and golf. Great looking cook right there. SRF on an infrequent basis is always a treat. And yes, they seem to finish at a lower temp...until one doesn't.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
