    @DoubleEgger what do you use as a cover? I'm in a high humidity summer, spring, an winter area?

    Get the stainless version.
    Disagree. I have the SS version. The stainless version uses thinner metal than the regular version and has a better chance of warping. The burner design actually puts a flame onto the rear skirt and it will warp at higher temps. I have been in contact with Blackstone and they have verified this design problem. I have two replacement griddles sitting in my garage right now as a result of this.

    I will say that their customer service has been legit.

    +2 for Camp Chef. We have the Expedition that came with a 16" X 24" griddle that heats up quickly and evenly. Then we added the pizza oven. Outstanding products. Each burner is 30,000 BTU. We like the portability and it packs nicely into a carry case. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Camp-Chef-Expedition-3X-3-Burner-Propane-Gas-Stove-TB90LWG/205331042  Home Depot had the best price around. You can get a grill box that goes on top also, but the egg negated the necessity of that, lol.




    Honestly, we use the pizza oven more than the griddle. We had the Butterball electric turkey fryer, but seldom used it and sent it home with the daughter. We have two different sized deep fryers that we use inside all the time. Seriously considered the Blackstone, but the addition of the pizza oven and portability swayed us to Camp Chef.
