Why you folks been hiding this delicious meal from me ??????? I've never even heard of such a thing until this morning when I found out I was being served them for lunch !!!!!
They were very good !!!! I'll have some on the XL next week. I've already called my butcher and told him I'd be there Monday to pick up a few pounds. $4.99 per pound......the ones I had today were well worth that !!!!

First off and most important: @RichardFl was stumped?!?!?!?!?!?!?! For real. I love the guy, just always thought of him as Mr Wizard (all knowing). What are turkey ribs?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I hate it when things get mislabelled like this. My big pet peeve is "Boneless Wings". They aren't effing WINGS. Their chopped up chunks of gross breast meat. chickens do have ribs, but the amount of meat on them is negligible. whatever they are serving as chicken ribs or turkey ribs ain't ribs, and therefore they shouldn't be called ribs.

@Zmokin....they were very good Bro. Meat glue or no meat glue..doesn't matter if the outcome is there. I don't know how they are processed....I am curious, I'll ask my butcher when I go pick them up.Thanks for your comment,Donnie

I have smoked turkey ribs several times now, very tasty and plenty of meat. I am putting several on egg tomorrow will cook at 250 for several hours. We will probably o,a,case for our Derby party along with some pulled pork and kale. I get a case from a restaurant supply warehouse through a local chef at 70.00 a case. very tasty and one of my go to foods for last minute cooks. Give them a try before knocking them.

My wife ruined McDonalds eggs for me by calling them Alien Eggs. Though I know they're not, it has forever ruined McDonalds eggs for me.
I suppose it's okay, cause rarely do I eat carbs anymore anyways. When I do it is never boneless fried wings.
