So I was surfing the forum this afternoon reading up on temp controllers and ran across an old post from 2015 bragging about a company called "St. Louis Charcoal Company”. I sent an email through their website expecting a reply email by tomorrow but within 10 min I get a direct call from a Jonathan Harris. We talked about the differences in the major players in temp control for a good 20 min. He very thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each and I finally decided on the flameboss 200 Wi-Fi. I got it for $299.99 and it should be here Monday! Cheapest "non advertised" price I've found yet so I jumped on that quickly! I can't wait for this thing to get here!!!
