Mac & Cheese Recipe Needed

I'm throwing a party this weekend and every recipe that I've looked at has 10000000 ingredients. Does anyone have an easy go to?

Either serious eats crack and cheese or (I do this if it's just us) Kraft box. Cook as directed. Grate a bunch of different cheeses, add bacon and peppers, paprika, etc... And smoke on the egg until edges are brown.

Love Malcolm Reed, he's got an egg and a pellet cooker he uses in his videos,. This recipe was a huge hit at my twins 3yearold birthday party. It goes well with ribs!!!

1 can of cream of mushroom
    1 pound of cheese
1 pound of cooked mac noodles
1 pack of crispy onions. ( the one you use for green bean casserole)
Around 1/2 cup of milk give or take.
Warm up cream of mushroom add cheese and milk. Mix in precooked noodles. Put in baking dish. Top with crispy onions. Bake till top looks good.   I usually double the recipe.

That sounds really good with cream of mushroom. I'm going to try that next time.

To simplify this recipe eliminate the topping.

1 large BGE, 2 small BGE, 3 Plate setters, 1 large cast iron grid, 1 pizza stone, 1 Stoker II Wifi, 1 BBQ Guru Digi-Q II, 1 Amaze N pellet smoker and 1 empty wallet.      Seaforth, On. Ca.

This recipe is off the charts, delete the tomatoes and it's a game changer. Hope it helps.

I tried the serious eats recipe twice and was not a fan. More tedious than what I usually do and it was too thick and gooey and cheesy for us.

Here's one that has 12 ingredients. It is a holiday standard at our house. I've made it with just 3 kinds of cheese, not the 5 it calls for. I've also used other cheeses. The 1 thing that is really necessary is the evaporated milk. You can sub low fat dried milk. That is added to keep the fat from oily cheeses like cheddar from "breaking."

Costco's deli mac n cheese is hard to beat.  Can't get much simpler than 50 minutes at 350.  I took it to family Thanksgiving last year and got numerous requests for the recipe.
