The mini made the chicken that was rubbed with Dizzy Dust and the gasser side burner made the bacon . 
Plated with a lil Sriracha mayo and some thin slice fresh zukes, yellow squash with some Ranch.

Yes sir on the raw zuke & squash. I generally will make hummus to go with them but I was short on time tonight. Really thin sliced is the way to go on this.

fwiw, i just put the bacon on the gasser. No pan or anything, just turn the gasser down to a reasonably low setting and flip, as needed. better than pan fried bacon IMO.

I've done bacon straight on the grid on my large and it's damn good. I would've had to empty all the egg stuff outta the gasser to use it. I will try it next time.
