Just watched the episode where Michael Symon went to Char Bar in KC and had the Burnt Heaven. It appears to have a spicy mayo on a toasted bun, burnt ends, Cole slaw, and batter fried jalapeños. Looks amazing and may have to make a version of it.

I watch it all the time and enjoy it very much. Doesn't seem to matter if I am hungry or not when I see the awesome Burgers and the great BBQ Brisket, Pork Shoulder or Ribs it get me to dreaming and drooling.
