St. Louis ribs.....in the style of variety

At Costco today, I picked up a 3 pack of St. Louis style spare ribs. I've been wanting to do a A/B comparison on a couple runs for a while now so I decided to cut two of the racks in half and try 4 different rubs side by side. DP Dizzy Dust, DP Crossroads, Meat Church Honey Hog and Lanes BBQ Signature Rub.

the final rack was was vacuum sealed and frozen.

Sorry, didn't mean to leave a cliff hanger. The pics posted all crazy, I got irritated trying to put them in a decent order.

theyre all good. But my preference is
1- Dizzy Dust
2-lanes
3-honey hog
4- crossroads

my wife prefers dizzy dust, crossroads, lanes, honey hog

all are good options, but it was helpful to compare side by side (by side by side).

I've never tried Lane's BBQ rub, but the others are solid. If you did the same cook next week, the results might be different.
