Beef finger ribs 1.29 per pound

I'm not as experienced as most of you but these looked pretty good for the price.the only ribs I've cooked so far have been beef back ribs from Walmart ,but they are around 3 dollars a pound and loaded with fat,I'm gonna try these today.i picked them up for 1.29 a pound.  Any thoughts?

I've never heard of such a cut. How big are they and did the label mention what they are?  Normally there are 3 kinds of beef ribs - back ribs, chuck short ribs, and plate ribs.  The price is certainly good.

They are in a meat counter glass case so no label, the two places I saw them both call them finger ribs. They are big,7 inches I would guess

Someone put lots of work into trimming them for $1.29 lb. Standing by for the finale.
