So any advantage over just smoking indirect on the grate?Jacksonville FL

I didnt inject, or let it sit with a brine or rub before throwing it on the grill, just seasoned and slapped it on and it was very juicy and full of flavor. Crispier bark since it was direct and self basting. I've only smoked 2 butts so far so i may be biased. But my last butt was not as good as this and i had injected and let it sit with a rub prior to smoking it, this 1 made my knees melt. I took a screenshot of what my wifey said...
