Inspired by @Brisket_Fanatic I made a cheese run tonight. I did a couple batches last winter but this is my first for this year.
Found a few pieces of the horseradish white cheddar he told us about. Also some Colby-jack, Gouda, and Jarlsberg. Wish I had some 100% Apple pellets but the ones I have are the blend. Planning on going for a couple hours.
