Hunting buddy gave me 10 dressed quail. Defininately a challenge on the bge as they tend to get dry and tough. Wrapped in bacon, dusted with a homemade rub. Cooked raised direct @375. Served with grits and fruit salad. Good ol' South Carolina cuisine. Excellent.
