What temp? We cooked 20 of them on 3 eggs at my brother-in-law's house for Christmas. Sure was a fun but challenging cook. Lots of changing positions you know.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN! -
Thx guys! @minniemoh , I kept the dome temp around 375-400 deg. I love Cornish hens. Haven't done them in awhile. My wife and I split one tonight and I have one packed for lunch tomorrow.

Thanks for the info. Just a few extra degrees makes for some great looking skin. (Kinda sounds like a college campus in the Spring!) Enjoy your lunch tomorrow. @minniemoh , not sure if you've ever tried olive wood smoke, but I picked this bag up from Amazon. I'm really liking the flavor and aroma. It was a sweet, almost slightly oniony aroma. Hard to explain, but it's good.
