Sometimes snobs have a point. And sometime prejudices are based in reality

funny, the scale issue i was having. First pic looked like a single scallop on the grid. Last one looked like a large tenderloin filet.
I were corn-fused momentarily!

@Darby_Crenshaw you have a good eye for size. Hm.. oh nevermind.
The one on the grill is an oz smaller. Had to the wife's on first - you know to "over cook" it.

Big spender, the lump to warm that up might cost more than your steak.
well done !
ps I've never purchased SRFSeattle, WA -
I ordered a few fillets last week. And they were very good. Excellent marbling. I can't fault the quality of the meat at all or the service. All was as great as I could ask for. However, for me, the cost is just too high. I really wanted to order a brisket or two this week, but for the price of one SRF, I can buy 2+ prime packers at Costco. But if I were in the position that cost was not a significant factor, as seems to be for many here, I would be buying the he|| out of SRF meat.

Well when I quoted the start of his title, I assumed people would get this as more piling on. Just more smart assery.
I was just thinking of every bodies good looking SRF meets while I was wrapping bacon around ground beef.
And for the record, I have no problem with SRF.Lawrenceville, GA -
