Wok - Lemon Garlic Chicken

Lemon! Garlic! Chicken! Wok! No surprise it's a good combo. This is a marinade recipe from the internets that I use for some stir fry pretty regularly. Marinate the chicken at least a couple hours, but overnight is better. 

4-5 large cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
1½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small chunks

Add zest and juice from 1/2 lemon to the cooked veg and chicken after it's out of the wok. 




Some brown long grain on the side.
