Rubbed in McCormick's Memphis Pit rub with mustard slather. I used hickory chunks for smoke wood. I've been smelling this all day, and I'm hungry!
1 Hour FTC to hold for dinner - sammiches with baked beans and cole slaw.

No worries... and welcome to the forum!I could probably get 4 nine pounders over the drip pan I use without them hanging over the plate setter. With a larger drip pan, you could easily fit more.

Looks great fellas. Yes, you can cook for an army on an XL BGE. A large BGE could smoke 4 butts with an adjustable rig.LBGE, Weber Grills, Silverback Pellet grill, PBC. No I don't have a grill issue.
