I misspoke. What I meant is . . . ' Yardbird and Chayote '.
(BS Chicken Thighs + Chayote, Manzano Pepper, Onion, Red Potatoes)

I chose this $30 griddle because its size (11.8" x 12.8" ) allows it to sit
beneath the Woo grill extender and catch alla the meat sweat from above.
