chicken breasts split and heavy coating of Loveless Cafe peach rub (thx @henapple) grilled hot and fast down low along with a CI pan of onions and split shishito peppers

Chicken and onion/peppers piled high on sourdough coated with a mixture of peach preserves and TJs Hot and Sweet Chili Jam, then a melty blanket of mozzarella.
