Stuffed flank steak on the Mini Max

I have been loving my MM. Tonight I stuffed flank steak with bell peppers, onions, zucchini, asparagus and poblano peppers. I seasoned with salt and pepper, rolled them up and tied off. 350-375 direct. Right before they came off I brushed them with balsamic vinegar. Grilled the leftover veggies and served with mashed potatoes. 14 total and only 4 leftover, family really enjoyed them.
