I couldn't help myself


I joined the Mini owner's club yesterday.  After a Craigslist deal fell through I stopped at a local dealer.  They had a Mini on sale and a carrier too.



I thought I had best break it in today.  Allegro Hot & Spicy wings.  Marinated for about 8 hours.  Cooked them direct at 375.





Not a bad first cook and I already like it as an option to my Large.

A question for Mini owners - what's your go to method for lighting it?  I use a weed burner on my large but I was thinking it would be overkill on this.
