so the steaks came to the house frozen. Probably sat on the porch for 5+ hours. Excellent packaging. After thaw...here is what $60 gets you so now we cook. I rubbed the steaks with sea salt, olive oil, and garlic powder. on the minimax @250  time to sear. I wanted to "taste the meat" so I left mine plain. For the wife I used a blue cheese crust with a balsamic glaze. Over all great steaks. I will be buying from SRF again
