My brother in law hooked me up with some local and fresh Mahi Mahi. After trimming it up, I gave it a 30 min marinade of teriyaki, pineapple juice, siracha, and garlic. Then hit it with some Caribeque Calypso before grilling it. Sorry, no egged pix... lighting sucks this time of year.

Looks great, I have a couple of Mahi fillets in my freezer I've been trying to decide on how to cook. Were those straight on the grill, or raised, direct or pacesetter? Thanks!

Love Mahi Mahi. When I was in Hawaii last year, we caught 4 nice ones and grilled them up. Too bad it wasn't on a BGE.
