having a weekend party. Needs some ideas for cooks. Friends have never seen a BGE in actions. Lots of adult beverages. Thanks I advance for all help.

With that many people, and plans for drinking, I would probably stick to more forgiving cooks that can be scaled easily. Pulled pork, chicken wings, and ABTs come to mind right away. Start with pork before everyone arrives, have it FTCing as everyone arrives, while you are working on wings and ABTs

I've done Pepper Stout Beef a couple times and it works out nicely.

It's nice because you can start it early and finished it in the oven freeing up your egg for ABT's when your guests arrive. Green Lighting shrimp are awesome apps too.

Ftc= foil towel cooler.
When meats at IT temp , wrap in foil, then wrap in towels then put in cooler.
Many people prewarm the cooler with hot water and the towels in the dryer.
