Eggless....but what the heck (no pics) just bored!
So it was cold and raining and I pu$$ed out. Made a meat loaf, reverse seared steak and some chicken strips. All in the oven other than the sear on the steak in CI pan. While the food was really good, got comments from SWMBO and number 2 son that it was just not the same as the egg!! But I'm full and half drunk so life is good!!
