in Beef
It has been a while since we made burgers at home, and with the abnormally warm northeast weather today it was a perfect time to end that drought.
KISS (keep it simple, stupid) - good beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, burger spread (mayo, ketchup, relish, etc).
The son picked the waffle fries, and he nailed it. Hope you all had good weekends!

Looks great. We all mess with the fancy stuff, but a quality burger is still my favorite.Phoenix

I've been meaning to do some burgers soon as well, looks great. You cooked them indirect? That's a new one to me.Lethbridge, Alberta LBGE & MM

I like to put some smoke on them first, then I sear them up, then back to indirect to melt the cheese. I don't know if all that process pays off, but I'm not going to do them any other way myself!noregard said:I've been meaning to do some burgers soon as well, looks great. You cooked them indirect?
