Suckling pig

I found this beauty on the interwebz

anyone has recipes for a suckling pig like this one?

    Hardest part is finding one. But it's the same cook as a butt. Make sure to protect the parts that overhang the platesetter. You will want to inject to try and keep the tenderloin and hams moist while waiting on the butts and ribs to finish.  I'd position the front (butts) towards the back of the egg and the hams towards the front instead of like it's laid out in that pic. The back is hotter and you want the butts to get the most heat.

    Also don't burn the ears or snout. When they get dark wrap with foil so they burn.
