Olive Wood Smoked Cherry Jalapeño Cheekan Legs

The chicken legs were for the game tonight as well as work week lunches.  The turkey sausage is for a lean protein addition to my workweek Raisin Bran breakfasts.  :)  The olive wood was fantastic on both.  The olive wood smoke has a sweet, almost oniony, aroma IMHO.  Sounds weird, but it tastes great.  Can't wait to try it on lamb.
