Birthday Shrimp for the Missus

I asked the missus what she wanted for her birthday dinner. She said, don't you remember? Ummm.... luckily she had planned to pick up shrimp. She got a few of two different kinds. Some nice big pink shrimp from Texas, and some farm raised from some bog in who knows where. I pulled one of the strips I sliced from the cheap Costco prime roast I bought for Christmas and threw that on as well. Salad and plating are all her work.

@tarheelmatt thanks brother, wife did the salad, and salad dressing, and plating - i guess she didn't fully trust me with her birthday dinner! i just work the grill and try not to lose eyebrows on the fireballs
