Flame Boss is BOSS - whole chickens

I love this Flame Boss 200 - hold the temperature steady as she goes. Cooked 3 whole chickens on MLK Day and couldn't have been more impressed.
Brined them overnight. Applied a little Texas Chicken Tickler. Set the temp at 325 degrees - and then left it alone.

What's going on with the wing on the front-side chicken? You haven't been sampling right off the grill have you?
Okay, so the Flameboss is old hat now ... wonder what else the friendly forum folks can entice you into buying.
