The Fully Loaded Pickle

I've been playing again. This time with pickles.

No need for me to explain it other than to say it's a variation of my Magnum Loads, but with Pickles instead of Smoked Sausage.

Here's the video.

Yes, it's good.

It's best when served with your favorite mustard. I like yellow but Spring Hen prefers Arnaud's Creole Mustard. I think a good honey mustard would work too.

Ignore all the little 'bite-pieces' in the video. I was just using up some leftovers to see how they came out. Okay, but not worthy of doing again.

Enjoy.

In the credits....it states it was prepared at the Chicken Ranch (Texas). Is the Chicken Ranch of fame (i.e. former Ho House)?

Naaaaa... but we couldn't just let the famous Chicken Ranch get lost in history.  So being Spring Chicken and Spring Hen, we started calling our little .40 acres the Chicken Ranch.  And we named our first Egg, Lily Large.  And when we built our outdoor kitchen we called it the Chicken Coop.  We added more Eggs and gave them girl names. There's Lily Large, Shirley Small, Magi Mini, Lulu Large and Lola Large in the order of their starting work here.  When any of the 'Girls' are working, we have a red light on over the door.

We also keep the Chicken Ranch's ageless stories going with our own cast and crew's antics.  They can be a handful when they want to be.  But this place is designed to have fun.  We even made it on CNN once.

Here's a short video tour of the Coop.

Most of that Chicken Stuff you see in the video came from Chicken Ranch fans from all over North America and Mexico.  Each one is a story in itself.

    Now you know...
