Dinner tonite?

i need some ideas for dinner tonite. My wife said she wants something different. Had egg for 10 days. Cooked steak, pizza, baby back ribs, pork loin, Boston butt, ABT. I need some help please. All ideas will greatly appreciated

What about a spatchcock chicken, asparagus wrapped in bacon and some sliced heirloom tomatoes...

I'm going in the same direction as @johnmitchell , with chicken. I don't see chicken on your list.

With that said, I'd do some chicken kabobs! Marinate some chicken breasts (canola, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme). Make kabobs with red onion, green/red/yellow pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Put the same marinade on those veggies too!

Couple that with some stuffed portabellas (rice (made with chicken stock), chopped asparagus, onion, parm).

How about something not egged... Maybe she wants a night off. 6 things in 10 days might be adding up when 10 days ago you didn't have an egg.

What were you cooking before the egg that she really liked?

Maybe try chicken fajitas. You can cook it all in a cast iron skillet on the stove top! Or if you want to egg it you can do it that way too. Sauteed onion and bell pepper...mmmm!

Skin on, bone in chicken thighs, cooked raised indirect. Dust the skin with some corn starch, salt, and pepper and let them sit uncovered in the fridge while the egg comes to temp. Cook at 350° or so until the thighs hit 175°. Outstanding!

Wings are always fantastic as well...

I am also cooking indoors tonight.. Five cheese Tortellini (Costco) with Pesto and Basil sauce.. Texas toast and a caesar salad... I will also crack a good bottle of red..

Bake some pasta, cook a pot pie, beef stew, enchiladas, chili, sausage & rice, stuffed pork chops, stir fry,... that's all off the top of my head.

We normally eat around 7.00 but feel free to come on over anytime.. No problem we will pack away all the breakables...

I would go with stewed tomatoes and okra sandwiches on white bread. It will meet the different requirement. On the other hand, you might want to consider other suggestions first.
