boring I know, but chicken quarters hitting it direct 375 with a little cherry. And a coors light. Plow boys rub, and some sides getting dressed on the boos block

Also got this tray over the holidays. It's flips over so you carry everything out, flip it over and carry finished food in. Works out great!

Pics are coming!! Maybe I explained it wrong..the trays are lightweight and stack. You just switch them and you're not cross contaminating anything
