Skewers and Venison Taco Sweet Peppers

Work week lunch prepping tonight.

The chicken got a marinade of Kikkoman Green Onion and Garlic Teriyaki Sauce and freshly squeezed navel orange juice.






Veggies got some EVOO and Caribeque Spicy Calypso Kick.






The mini sweet peppers were halved, seeded and stuffed with some leftover ground venison taco meat, bean dip, Mexican cheese and crumbled tortillas.  Added some apple smoke at that point.  






Lunches prepped and packed.  :)  Tried a bite of everything and all seems "edible" at this point.  ;)  :)
