Pork, Collards and Peas for 2016

Almost forgot about the bushel of local peas we had in the garage freezer.  Perfect timing!



Also had two leftover smoked ham bones in the freezer.  The collards got the big one and the peas got the smaller one.  



I gave the pork chops a quick and simple teriyaki marinade and threw those on the mini.



Good eats.  And I've finally converted my wife into enjoying collards and field peas.  She used to not like them, but I guess her pallet has adjusted.  Either that, or she's just trying to be nice.  ;)
