I purchased my Large egg this past October. Thought I'd share some pics of some of the meals and foods I have attempted.
Some baby back ribs with homemade sauce... thinnest rack was a little dry. The others? Perfect.
Some steak, rainbow trout, and pork shoulder. All delicious!

Some leg of lamb
and some more lamb.... This and the cedar plank salmon have probably most impressed me!
And some picanha (brasilian cut steak) we just grilled tonight. Picked up 11 pounds yesterday, LOL.
