Milesvdustin's pointless Tuesday night chicken leg smoking (and drinking) thread!

I am on my first vacation in a long, long time. First Christmas off in 3 years. Needless to day, I am making the best of it by egging a lot and drinking a lot. Spending time with family, too. 

So far, in the last 5 days, i have cooked the following: 1 pork loin, 3 spatch chickens, 2 racks of spares, NY strips last night with crab legs, and tonight im cooking chicken legs. 

5 chicken legs. And drinking a lot, about to dip into the Dewars. 

Here is the chicken as i put it in the 250 degree egg. These are getting smoked. Because i want to. 

My Galaxy S5 really takes primo pictures. Not. 

More to come as i drink and cook.
